We received the wrong chairs almost two weeks ago and the issue is still unresolved. The chairs arrived stained them, and the job wasn’t even completed in one visit. It was split across two separate days, forcing us to stay home and wait multiple times. Since then, communication has been slow with no clear resolution. Great service with good quality products. We were served by Kim in the Alexandria store and were incredibly grateful for his friendly and knowledgeable service.
Really bad experience with them for the delivery service, bought a wall art on the 15/01, and the sales person booked the delivery for the 08/02 , but the item still not delivery till the 16/02, rang them to check and been told still have to wait for 10days, with out notice! Never ever buy any thing from them again!
We had a wonderful sales experience in store at Alexandria Homemaker centre. Grace served us with great patience, knowledge and helpfulness and it made it a really great shopping experience for us. Keep up the good work, Grace!
