There is a woman who looks Chinese—I’m not sure if she actually is—but her behavior is very rude. She never speaks with a smile, and even when others offer her a good discount, she never accepts it.
Terrible customer service from start to finish. Trying to get help on email is completely useless—it’s nothing but an endless loop of AI bots that never actually solve the problem or connect you with a real person. When you finally manage to reach someone over the phone, the experience is just as disappointing if not worse. Really Liked the items on display specially the dining tables and the sofas. Ended up buying a painting as the collection on painting was hard to resist. Grace was marvellous and she took us through the nice collections and helped us pick up what I was after. Would love to come here again for sure.
Grace was exceptional in assisting us purchase a painting for our dining room area. Her advice, expertise & time was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!
