Mr. Carter was open and honest about the condition of existing insulation, improvements and tax rebates. The installers,Mr. Gomez and Mr. Quezada, are excellent workers. Quiet, efficient and professional. The phone office / scheduler was flexible ( I forgot her name). The process was complete two days after accepting the job bid. I am still waiting on two insulating contractors to even return my request for service. Their loss. Koala is thd way to go.
I had the best experience with Koala! They were so friendly & helpful, Kenny let me know what I needed & didn’t over-sell me or push unnecessary upgrades. I felt so confident and was beyond pleased. Christine scheduled me in super quick and they were done with the entire insulation (2000sq ft) in under 2 hours! Super impressed & highly recommend!!! Just got my first FPL bill since and it’s literally down $65. Yes please!
