First when they came the first time for the free estimate and the knowledge and explanation were clear. After sharing with the landlord and they came and did it, despite they had opened the door for about 1 1/2 hours to add the insulation, the best sensation of not feeling humid or 80 degrees inside of the house. Impressive improvement in the house right away!!
8/1/2026. I've been scheduled for my appointment over a week. Today at 6am I get a text not a call, that the appointment will not be honored due to mechanical failure. I call BS! Someone parties Friday night and can't go to work Saturday. I cancelled a trip to home for this appointment. And I get a text message!!! This is not acceptable and clients should never be treated this way. I'm disappointed.
Very pleased with Koala from first contact with Christine then Andrew Carr and finally the insulation team. They arrived on time, we're very courteous and did an excellent job. Highly recommend them. E Davis
