Prior to contacting Koala, a couple other companies were contacted concerning what needed to be done. I knew exactly what I wanted from the service for what needed to be foamed. Let's just say, while speaking with Adam from Koala, he agreed with what was needed, gave a reasonable price, therefore I booked the appointment. Mark came out 7am ready. Thank you Mark. Loved working with this company. Super responsive—came out to give an estimate the next day and even suggested cost-savings on a part of the article that they felt didn’t need insulation replacement. They were able to come within a couple of days to install, the service crew was on time, neat as a pin, and courteous. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend!
