Koala did an amazing job. Our space is a irregular and Max was the only estimate that came and actually measured the spaces that would be closed cell sprayed (vs others that just rounded up) and so his bid was the only reasonable one I received. Then Cody and Blake did a great job spraying and actually left the area cleaner than before! Also, one of my fears was the smell, but whatever they did made it odor less! They also will make sure you are happy with the job. Highly recommend.
As a homeowner it’s never enjoyable to have unexpected expenses but Koala made it as painless as possible. Phenomenal service, from the estimate with Max to the installation with CJ and her team. I received quotes from several places and the service and pricing was the best. Honest, thorough, and respectful. Highly recommend if you need residential insulation!
Great experience! I called - an actual person answered. Jeff came out promptly, climbed into the attic (yucky), took pictures, made suggestions, answered my questions, sent me the bid and we scheduled the work. Max (crew leader) then called and emailed me with the final install plan. The insulation crew showed up on time and completed the job and even cleaned up! I'm not terribly impressed with the work completed on my attic. A few concerns: the workers covered the main light switch, which was an odd choice. I caught that as they were leaving and asked if they could fix it; they did, but in a bit of a rushed and imprecise manner. Later on, I walked further back and noticed that they left another light on. This was not too fun to access as I had to crawl over lots of blown cellulose on the floor to get to. Koala called me within a day of contacting them through Yelp, had an estimator on site within 48 hours, and a competitive bid in my email the next day. Once I agreed to the project, they completed the job the next week. Two other companies were 4-6 weeks out on service. Koala told me exactly when they would arrive at my property and were right on time. The two installers were thorough and left my building exactly as is shown here - no mess for me to deal with. Impressed by all aspects of their service.
