Hey Koala just removed the old Cellulose insulation that was in our 50 year old house and replaced it with “White as snow “ blown in fiberglass that is 20 inches deep. It looks fluffy, but like one of the installers said, “ you would not want to roll in it”. This company and its people are friendly & professional, all well trained in customer service… Great communication from start to finish, I will be telling all my friends about Koala. Great experience with Koala Insulation! They went above and beyond to do old insulation removal and new insulation placement, answering questions, and addressing special circumstances in my attic. The time between providing estimate and project completion was smooth and expeditious. Appreciate their excellence! Five star rating!
10/10 Would use again. I got multiple estimates and Koala provided the best value by far. They did a great job and kept me informed every step of the way. My attic insulation job got complicated when they found bats living in my attic. I had to call in the bat removal specialists (Orange Mouse - highly recommend). Koala and Orange Mouse coordinated the work so I didn't have to. The crew was friendly and professional and efficient. If you need insulation done right, you can't go wrong with Koala.
Tyler, CJ, Jeromy and the 2 other people whose names I didnt get were all Super polite, efficient, Hard Working, highly ethical and had a sweet comraderie amongst them. I was highly impressed with this very cohesive and motivated crew. This is a group of people who defy all sterotypes on their generation for sure. Smart group. On top of that, I felt like I got a very fair price for all that hard work! I was very pleased with the results. So hire Koala fair price, great work.
