I have used Koala before and was very happy with their service. So, when I wanted to foam my 14' x 24' shop I called them. This time I was not so pleased. First off, their generator was down and they had to wire in to my power panel. Then, when they finished I was not happy with their shave of the walls. In several spots, instead of shaving flush with the studs they cut back up to 1.5 inches. There were many spots where the insulation didn't come out to the depth of the stud.
