Insulation for Attic was performed by Koala. James and Chris were very professional and did a fantastic job. I greatly recommend Koala for your home projects.
I am a potential customer who has been trying to get in contact with the company at different times of the day on two separate days. I attempted an evening call at the end of last week and have called twice before 8:30 AM on a Monday and still no answer. Being unable to contact a company during working hours is a caution flag. Updated to add picture proof of calls attempted today before 8:30 AM. I also did get through to the company at 9:55 AM and they confirmed my voicemail left this morning at the first missed call.
Joey and Red did a great job.
The decking in my bedroom hip cathedral ceiling was rotting due to lack of proper ventilation. The three skylights complicated the issue. The only sure solution was to remove the 30 year old batt insulation and install close cell foam. James came out and gave me an detailed written estimate promptly. I requested estimates from two other contractors that took forever and were about the same cost with a vague estimate. Chris & Red arrived on the scheduled date.
