Not sure what the deal is with these guys. They came out in Jan '23 to put new insulation in our attic. In the process, they knocked the flange off the bathroom exhaust vent, outside. Unfortunately I only noticed that in April, when we started hearing birds in the attic. I contacted Rance who said the company went bankrupt because their warehouse burned down. Mitch and this crew were great to work with and made sure that everything was insulated to my satisfaction. Everyone was respectful and helpful. They put up plastic and protected everything, then cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely use them again!
The team at Koala did a great job with our new attic and crawl space insulation. The teams were very thorough.
