Koala Insulation just finished putting in blow-in and R19 Wrap insulation that brought my attic up to code. What an incredible job and the two guys that did the job worked so hard to make sure every area of the attic was done right. I can’t say enough about doing business with Koala Insulation from working with an honest sales person who didn’t over sell through job completion. This is a quality company that does outstanding work at a reasonable price.
Koala was great from telephone reception customer service, to appraisal, to installation. Prompt, friendly, and very professional. I highly recommend this great company!
I do like that you get a video of your service afterwards so you can see what they did. They do answer all your questions and concerns and are friendly doing it. The only issue I had was communicating and timing. I had an appointment for about a month and just a few days before my appointment I get a call saying due to a new job added for Tuesday we just don't think we can come Wednesday and we switched days and then a day before my 2nd attempt they changed my appointment again. From the beginning Koala Insulation of Jacksonville was great. Evan came out on time as promised. We talked about options and what would be an amicable long term solution to my problem. Danna set the appointment and advised me what to expect and handled all the estimate paperwork. When the crew showed up they sprung into action immediately.
