Found everyone, from the office to the crew at Koala Insulation of Northern IL to be first class & they did a great job of keeping us advised regarding scheduling & in doing the actual attic insulation installation w/solar fan. Very satisfied with their products & work + very nice people to deal with.
Koala did great job and was very professional. My 2nd floor was constantly 10 degrees hotter than my first floor. Within 24 hours after installation we saw significant improvement and the upstairs now maintains the same temperature as the downstairs.
Koala was great! Chris explained everything to us and gave us a great quote. We were able to get them to come out on a Friday with their and our very busy schedule. They were responsive and answered all the questions we had before they started. We got a solar fan installed by Chris. Then Nick, Pablo and crew removed all the old insulation, cleaned everything, and installed all the new insulation. They were also very careful and did not get any of the old insulation anywhere too.
