We had our attic insulation upgraded to R 38. The work was done very efficiently and a short timecto complete. When done I was shown all they had done techs were great.
I don’t have a whole lot to share other than the guys who came to do the work were very nice and courteous. I think it took about three hour to seal the 100 year old pine ceiling and to blow in the insulation. Everything was left clean. Very Happy.
They did a solid job, they left rulers throughout the attic space to indicate where the insulation height lies. And a card on one of the vertical beams identifying the installer, company, date of installation and that the insulation meets NC code. Price was roughly a dollar per square foot for fiberglass, which was tough to beat, still feels expensive but that's the world we live in now. Koala did a great job with my crawlspace vapor barrier and my attic insulation blow-in. They were very reasonably priced, scheduled the job quickly, finished on time, and did quality work.
