This company deserves more than a five star!! Kyle came out and went to my attic and saw where my issue was. I had three young gentleman come out today.Britt, Gage and Dalton. They explained to me what they were going to be doing on the complete west side of my home. I have had issues with my humidifier it would run, and then the water would seep on the sides of my wall. Cold playroom over the garage. Koala diagnosed our issue fully, using a thermal camera. Roofing contractors just wanted to add more blown in insulation to an area that had plenty. The issue required foam sealant at critical areas where cold air was penetrating the attic space and finding its way into the conditioned space. Upon completion, the temperature in that room rose 7 degrees, equal to the thermostat and held. It was below 10 degrees outside the day they did the work.
