I paid a lot of money for their Air Sealing Services, and my house is just as drafty as it was before. I can still feel cold air coming through the windows and the outlets. When I called to get them to come back and fix it, they said the warranty didn't cover "old house problems" and that I'd have to pay more for them to come out again. Complete rip-off.
Had to have insulation removed and reinstalled in my attic. Team was very friendly and professional. Showed up on time and got done timely.
Koala did a really nice neat job. The crew that came out to insulate our attic was very nice, courteous and professional. The work was completed in 2 days and the house feels much more comfortable now.
On time. Explained everything. Done in very timely manner. Very friendly. My wife even gave them some cupcakes that she baked.
