Koala stands behind their work! I had a thermostat go out in a fan that Koala installed 4 years ago. Stuart promptly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Caden came to my home at the stated appointment time an installed the faulty part in less than a minute. No charge…all on warranty. Thanks Koala (Stuart and Caden). Definitely recommend!
Koala came to my house to quote adding insulation and a solar attic fan. Cayden was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also wasn’t trying to oversell me on what I needed. Price was great and they completed the work the very next day. Would highly recommend them!
Koala’s work was completed well and timely. I appreciated the care they took to protect my living room and hallway during their work in my attic. They covered my hardwood floors, furniture and area rugs and wore shoe covers. They explained what they would do and answered any were kind when answering my questions.
After having another company install spray foam insulation in our attic I needed to have the old blown cellulose removed. Koala came in with a competitive bid, arrived on time and completed the work as promised. They left the area clean as well. I'd recommend them if asked.
