Josh and his team worked very hard in a tight spot to get the job done. Their clean up after the fact was incredible.
I chose koala insulation for my personal home. Bob the sales agent that I met at the collinsville home show was great very easy to work with, even came out on a Sunday to measure and bid the job. I received a text about an hour before my appointment time To let me know they are getting ready and they will send a text when they’re on their way. Great insulation installation experience. The install crew arrived on time, walked me thru the install process, answered all my questions, worked efficiently, & did a great job. An unexpected aspect of the install came up, it was explained to me, & a work around was found. Overall, would highly recommend Koala.
