We were pleased with our attic insulation project from start to finish. On our initial call, the phone was answered, something we did not experience with other companies. A consultation was scheduled in short order and Frank gave his opinion on what was needed, and perhaps more importantly, what was not needed. The job was scheduled quickly. Cuddly Company name, sloppy work Hired Koala to insulate (retrofit) our 200 old farmhouse attic. Estimate said 2 day job but they were done in 4.5 hours. Friendly and helpful manager answered all my questions before starting. Team came as scheduled and was very anxious to get paid before starting a 2 day job (I paid). Team did not remove shoes or use booties so muddy boots all over carpet/floors going up to third floor attic.
