Pre-job assessment was excellent and believable. Assessment results were generally as expected regarding our interest in adding attic insulation. Installation was as expected - no frills, but well done.
Our experience with Koala was great! From the day we reached out, communication was always timely and friendly. Instillation of our blown in insulation was done professionally and in a timely manner. The crew was friendly and arrived on time. We are very happy we chose to go with Koala. We are already seeing positive results in temperature regulation in our home.

From scheduling with Tiffany and inspection service with Steven, to completion of the blown in insulation in the attic by the onsite team, was easy from start to finish.
