Disappointed is an understatement about how our services went with Brian and his team at Koala Insulation. Although Brian was nice and personable, the quality of work by his team in April nearly caused significant damage to our home. The team was well aware that our HVAC unit was in our attic. Instead of taking the time to put insulation in by hand around the unit, they just blew it in without seeing where it actually landed and suffocated the machine. It was BURIED in insulation. We hired Koala twice and were very happy with the experience working with them and the results on both occasions. First they identified our attic and rim joists as our primary issue and provided insulation to both. We were pleased with the difference in comfort and efficiency the added insulation provided and decided to have them address the tertiary issue of our exterior walls. They provided blown-in insulation within our exterior walls and the combined effect has been as good as we could have expected.
