Koala did an amazing job. We had blown-in insulation added to our attic recently on Signal Mountain and I’m really glad we chose Koala Insulation of Chattanooga to do the job. From the first phone call to the finished job, everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The crew, Grant and Alfredo, showed up when they said they would, explained what they were doing, and got the job done without any hassle. They cleaned up after themselves and treated our home with respect which I really appreciated. The biggest d... read more

I hired Koala Insulation of Chattanooga to blow in fiberglass insulation in my attic in Ringgold, Ga. I am dealing with some higher than expected energy bills and was hoping to lower them somewhat. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Moe, the owner, came out for the estimate and explained exactly what needed to be done without any pressure. The installation crew (Grant and Alfredo) were incredibly professional, arrived on time, and left the workspace spotless. I can already feel a massive difference in our ... read more

Absolutely perfect experience from beginning to end. Moe and Donna from Koala insulation was quick to answer my call for a quote. I believe Moe was out the same day I called. I believe their price was fair. Most of all, I felt like they genuinely cared about our concerns. That’s important when it comes to business. I trusted them with the job and they did awesome. The whole family seems to be involved which is great! A+ at communication and they did a wonderful job on our attic space.

Koala Insulation of Chattanooga did an excellent job from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and great communicators throughout the entire process. Their follow-up was wonderful, and the quality of the work was top-notch. They also left the site clean and in great shape afterward, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality insulation work.

Koala removed all of my old, blown attic insulation and replaced it with new. Pricing was good and working with Moe, Donna, and Grant was a pleasure. I highly recommend Koala for any insulation needs.
