Vault insulated our attic. Great job.
Koala Insulation did a great job on insulating my attic up to the current code. All of their employees were extremely nice and helpful. They arrived on time as scheduled. Very reasonable price.
The reason Koala has only 5 star reviews is because they deserve only 5 star reviews. Neal came out and checked out my attic insulation, had a quote sent to me, they worked with me on the quote, and came out for the installation. The installation was very fast - showed up at 7:30 and done by 10:30. Everything was very clean too. Then, when I had concerns about the newly installed attic insulation, John and his crew came out, inspected the job, and addressed all of my concerns.
Koala has been amazing to work with! We recently purchased a 20-year-old home and I desperately needed insulation added to my attic as it was patchy or just missing in whole sections. Our AC was working too hard when it was just 82 out and couldn't keep up. Kim in the office has been so patient and helpful. I really appreciate her kindness handling our set up! Patrick and Martin were wonderful to work with. They were very patient, went above and beyond, and reviewed the work with me to make sure I was happy before they left.... read more
