Koala did a great job insulating my house. Ericka was very easy to work with and communicative when getting everything scheduled. Jacob and his crew made sure everything was taken care of and answered a lot of questions i had. A very professional company and I will be using their services for more work I need done.

As compared to the insulation job on our remodeling project done last year, this experience was disappointing. They arrived later than the stated window, insulated the 3 walls and left a bit of a mess, bits of insulation, in the house and outside the window they accessed which I cleaned up. The insulation job was completed and we will enjoy the benefits of it going forward.
The process was prompt and job was done to what I paid for. At this moment, my house AC does not run for long periods of time and home stays comfortable.
