Have used them twice, excellent work both times. Great value for the money.
Had Koala do my attic insulation as we only had about 3-4 inches up there. The estimator was very thorough and had the team move around and level existing insulation before blowing in new on top. Also air sealed all reachable areas. Had 4 companies come out to bid and Koala provided the most service while still being the cheapest. Would recommend.
Jacob, the owner, personally handled the work on my project. I would HIGHLY recommend Koala. My job was tiny, compared to their normal work but Jacob gave it more time, effort and ATD than I anticipated because it was such a little job. Cannot say enough about Jacob, and as a small business owner myself, I appreciate the commitment to the work! Absolute above and beyond!!!! Thank you Jacob, wish I had more work for you....
Great experience all around! In May, I converted from evaporative cooling to refrigerated air. Downstairs felt great, but upstairs was very disappointing as it didn't feel much better than my evaporative cooler. After a variety of tweaks that really didn't put a dent in it, I felt like this was my last chance.
