Matt and Alex are super polite and friendly, they did a wonderful job! My house was built in the late 50s', they cleaned up the old insulation in the attic, sealed all the gaps (some are huge) and replaced with new ones. Everything went great without any hiccups, highly recommended!
Very poor service, I don't like this!
I found koala insulation through Google and was very happy I did. Abel was my sales person and Tyler and Alex were the installation techs. Abel was amazing. He came out, Explained the entire process from top to bottom and answered all my questions. He did an amazing job and sold me within minutes and they were very reasonable. They came out within a few days and Tyler and Alex did a wonderful job. I had a pretty big attic, they removed the 50 year old insulation and blew in new.
