The environment was so welcoming, everyone was super friendly and made my anxiety melt away, so very happy with everything. Thank you.
Love this place. They were patient and friendly with my 2-year old and she wasn’t terrified which is saying something for her. The only thing I would add is maybe a bigger variety of toys to play with in the waiting room. Otherwise it was perfect!
The staff at Koala Dental always go above and beyond to provide proper dental care to my son.
--Minimizing Pain-- If my daughter says the water is too cold and it's causing pain to her teeth, work with her and don't rush it. Please don't tell her it's not that bad. A professional should never, ever get to tell a patient what their pain level is. This was a recurrent pattern every time where they would say "it's not that bad," "I barely touched it," "it's not cold," and similar.
