We have always had a great experience at Koala dental. Dr. David and his team are fantastic!
My son and daughter started at Koalhla years ago..... My kids got booted from here because Dentist Emma left for a new position..,... These heartless people especially the Manager doesn't care about how many kids were effected and families because of Dentist Emma's left them for a new position somewhere else...... The normal thing they could have done was hire a new dentist this office had plenty of time to prepare..... I’ve taken all 3 of my kids to KOALA. All the staff are so wonderful,kind and great with kids. Two of my three have had dental surgeries completed with them and I was informed and supported through the whole process and follow up care is great! There have been instances where a cap or crown falls off , from my children’s doing not their quality of work,and they have fit us in so quickly to fix the problem.
