Very nice appartement hotel near the centre of Cairns. Great staff who were very helpful with our bookings in and around the city. Appartement was nicely spacious with good beds.
Terrible customer service. Had to cancel reservation because of weather. Called the hotel and the receptionist said it shouldn't be a problem and that she would call me back. Never received a return call and got a generic email from the third party agent saying the hotel refused to credit any money back. Terrible service
Hostess was helpful and available. Wanted to use the grill but it was out of gas. She came back after leaving for the day to bring a new tank. Clean, rooms good size. Laundry was in room.
The room was very clean and well maintained. Located a little bit out from the centre with easy access to the airport. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this place for families looking to explore Cairns.
