The entire staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and all around nice.
The staff and doctor were professional, very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. They asked if I had questions and answered everything throughly. Great experience! I'm glad I found them!

The staff was incompetent at best, to the point where the technician googled questions I posed. They willfully ignored my medical history and suggested an apparatus that could become a problem.
My experience at the Koala Center was okay; the staff there was great and patient. Though the procedures were costly, the service was alright at best. The appliance cost me around 1500, and another 1500 for follow-up visits, all out of pocket. I could’ve gone to a dentist before heading to the Koala clinic and could’ve told them what I had going on for half the price. I went to a dentist either way because I couldn’t find much relief.
