Malcolm did a great job for us with an air conditioning system for our lounge room. Very knowledgeable and helped us choose a system that would work best for us. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing an air conditioning system.
Just got charged 3 hours work ($451) to cut 2 wires, and reconnect/connect a Daiken split system because a wire was around the pipe. When I questioned how i was charged 3 hours work, when I had on camera that koala air con only drove in and out in a 2 hour and 40 mins window, he said that he charged to do the quote the day before. I have never been charged by any other trades to quote on a job ever. Malcolm could not have been more obliging and helpful. He fitted us in before Xmas at short notice , responded to any enquiries very promptly and even cleaned up thoroughly. I cannot recommend Koala air conditioning highly enough.
