Reply to Petrie – In response to the above review, there was a misunderstanding between myself and the Petries. I take full responsibility for it, but it was just a misunderstanding which I have since corrected. I do not remember missing phone calls from them. I responded to Mr. Petrie's email & 2 or 3 days after receiving the email, I stopped by his home to talk to him personally. Poor EXPENSIVE Front Door not replaced as Promised! – My wife and I spent a huge sum to have Vince Koach install a natural wood Front Door and Sidelight. As soon as Vince finished installing the door he pointed out how some of the parts were loose and ill-fitting. He sid he could order a replacement right away, but suggested we wait until the rough weather passed.
