We had Koach install our glass frameless shower surround with sliding door four years ago. We were satisfied with the installation until we started having problems with the sliding door roller wheels. I contacted Koach for service, they gave me as price of $65+ for service and parts of necessary. I waited two weeks for a response from them...no luck. I messaged them again and still waiting for a response. Seems like they're not very reliable if you experience a problem with their installation after a few years (four years).
Talked to the owner, Joel, multiple times about fixing a leak on the shower door installation done by him. He basically said he DOESN'T have time and is too busy...he got his $1,800 and is gone!!! If only ZERO stars existed :/
