Stay away from these guys at all costs. They say the provide monitoring service and bills you annually. However, when actual problems occur and you need assistance, they don't respond. Instead, after not responding for few months, they send you a text message demanding payment and when I complained about their lack of responsiveness, their response is because of delayed payment on my side, they were late in responding (which they never responded) followed by we're going to terminate your service.
