So happy with Koa Lash & Brow! My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner!! Kieran was a true professional & artist at her craft. The office was centrally located in Towson; a very clean & comfortable environment. Due to previous skin cancer procedures in the past, my eyebrows were so thin & non-existent in some spots.
