Best experience with Bryan and his guys! Even my neighbors are impressed! I can’t say enough good things about KOA Construction. Honest,, hard working, Always shows up for work! Will take on just about any project. All very professional. Bryan is an amazing GC. We had a big project with a lot of little and big issues and Bryan patiently worked with us through every thing. We will definitely be using him again in the future. Thank you Bryan and crew!
I cannot say enough about Bryan and his crew...AMAZING! I was lucky enough to catch him between jobs and had a project that I had waited a month for another contractor to do. Bryan showed up 10:30 this morning, removed and replaced 3 brick columns in front of my house. He did it for the agreed price and did it in 1 day! Him and his crew was respectful and polite. If you need an honest, dependable person, call him!
They started with my mother’s bathroom and did an amazing job. So I asked Bryan and his crew to redo our shower. They didn’t just do a great job; they were the cleanest and most respectful crew I’ve ever had at the house and we’ve had a lot. Always answered or got back to me when I needed them. Will never go with any other crew. KOA all the way!!!! Thank you!
Had Bryan come by with a couple members of his team today to repair some cracks in our popcorn ceiling from a foundation issue & a light fixture. They did a great job and made sure not to make a mess. Because of their great work they're also taking a look at replacing some old AC duct liner and remodeling our master bathroom. Highly recommend!
