Nice place, just seemed a little dated, old school vibe
The staff and location get 4 stars but everything else was meh. The hotel hasn’t been updated for a long time and it shows. The rooms and bathrooms are 3 str at best. The amenities are limited from overpriced menu items to the small gym with old equipment. The spa was sad. It’s a 3 star motel like building in a prime location with a really nice staff pretending to be luxury. The Orange County California PE firm needs to invest in the property before it jacked up the prices.
Everything wonderful you read about this resort is true! The location, service, amenities - all spectacular!
