The gym is mediocre at best especially not being 24-hour access Kevin the manager there or whatever his little title is, a real piece of work disrespectful to say the least I don't recommend spending your money at this gym . K4 Fitness is a lot more inviting with more quality for what you pay for
Love this gym! It is always clean, the employees are exceptionally polite, but most of all I adore the classes! The teachers are so welcoming to all body types and fitness levels and go out of their way to be inclusive for everyone. The classes range in a variety of formats, from Yoga, to bungee, to cycling, and more! The list goes on and they’re always mixing them up to keep if fun. This place has something for everybody. It is well run and always kept sparkling clean. Friendly trainers to help just for the asking.
