The owner is very nice hardworking young lady that puts her heart into making some traditional Taiwanese dishes. The stinky tofu is delicious and a must try. Ko’s kitchen has specials that sell out fast. If you happen to be near the t and t market at Landsdowne mall, walk across the street and check out the menu! It’s worth trying!
Have supported this business on take out many times. However, we find at times; they are not always consistent with their entree presentation. One time, our dishes was missing the eggs. In their advertised photos of this dish and from our previous same orders from them, it would have eggs. By the time we got home, it was not worth our time to drive back to inquire about it missing. The staff were very friendly. I got 2 different hotpot pack. I especially like the frozen hotpot, very good value. I could just eat whenever I crave for hotpot. I added extra veggie and something else with the hotpot. The spicy soup broth tastes good.
Very nice, delicate fine food prepared at the moment for take out or special orders. Order to go with time in advance because it can get busy! Original menu and perfect portions.
I was going to get a couple of bento boxes from Ko Kitchen yesterday, but ended up trying their hotpot. I got the spicy hotpot (麻辣鍋)and cumin lamb hotpot (孜然羊肉鍋）， both are very tasty. The spicy hotpot has a very nice Szechuan hot pepper aroma but is not overly spicy. The cumin lamb hotpot soup has a similar flavour to the original soup from Little Sheep hotpot restaurant (小肥羊).
