I’ve been a member of this gym for 3 years. I’ve been into exercise since leaving school, I’m now 42, and it’s only since joining this gym have I seen results in how I feel and look. I’m much stronger and confident as well. I’ve wasted so much money going to high street gyms. This gym is an investment for me. I have only been with KO for 1 month, but I will need years to find the words to describe it's true impact, not only on myself, but everyone else within the gym. Gymtimidation is a thing, yet here- it's non-existent. To be in an environment where the coaches really care and the people make you smile, will draw you back every time.
A few years in with KO and I absolutely love my training, the coaches and the members. No place like it !!
An excellent small group PT gym environment, knowledgeable and welcoming coaches and members, you’ll wonder why it took you so long to join!
Brilliant experience. Wonderful people, great setup and awesome programming. Messaged the night before a class asking if 2 of us could drop in for a class on our way through Swansea and was greeted with such a warm welcome. If we didn’t live on the otherside of the world, this would be our regular gym for sure! Class was a great push for any fitness level. If you’re in the area, check it out!
