I called KO carpet cleaning and Chris was out the next day, on a Saturday! He texted me the ETA and was at my door right on time. I had a house full of furniture to clean and two large area carpets. I had outdoor cushions and balcony floor to clean as well. Chris came out on Monday to finish the job. The outdoor cushions look like new! Terrific service! I highly recommend KO.

KO Carpet Steam Cleaning really came through when we were in a jam! The other cleaning company we scheduled a week ago no-showed for their appointment this morning. I contacted KO and Chris told me he had availability and could be out in about an hour (ON A SUNDAY). The price was reasonable and the service was top notch. We did steam cleaning and pet odor removal. 100% would use again

We have used KO twice now and Chris does a fabulous job! Sectional looks and smells like new. Carpets look great. Chris is very punctual and professional.
