Chris is one of those guys I never have to worry about. I’ve used him for my own house and have sent a bunch of my real estate clients his way over the years. Every single time he knocks it out of the park. The carpets come back looking fresh, the tile and grout look awesome, he’s easy to work with, and his pricing is more than fair. Having reliable vendors is huge in real estate, and Chris has earned my trust 100%. If your floors need some love, KO Carpet Steam Cleaning is the call. 👊
I reached out to KO carpet cleaning I have three short term rentals on Airbnb and Vrbo. On time, Great price and did a phenomenal job. I’ll be using Mr. Ortega‘s business going forward, very professional and I fully recommend this company to your carpet cleaning and if you look at their website, they do so much more than just carpet cleaning. Great services and I’ll be using it for all my properties going forward. John Dyess
I called KO carpet cleaning and Chris was out the next day, on a Saturday! He texted me the ETA and was at my door right on time. I had a house full of furniture to clean and two large area carpets. I had outdoor cushions and balcony floor to clean as well. Chris came out on Monday to finish the job. The outdoor cushions look like new! Terrific service! I highly recommend KO.
Super duper awesome guy to come out and take excellent care of your carpet. He turn my 5year old carpet into a brand new virgin carpet. Thank you kindly KO
KO Carpet Steam Cleaning really came through when we were in a jam! The other cleaning company we scheduled a week ago no-showed for their appointment this morning. I contacted KO and Chris told me he had availability and could be out in about an hour (ON A SUNDAY). The price was reasonable and the service was top notch. We did steam cleaning and pet odor removal. 100% would use again
