So I commissioned them to build me a skyscraper and they knocked me out but when I woke up it was fully built! To be honest, they did a great job while I was out. I can’t remember my name and I have no idea where I am right now but severe brain damage can’t stop me from enjoying myself in my new building.

We did a major remodel of our condo in downtown Chicago and hired KO Builders to do the job. George was with us every step of the way from design, to advising us on the best places to look for the hardware, faucets etc and suggesting some great finishing touches. The work was exceptional, on time and within budget. Plus they cleaned up after themselves every day! George and his brother Tommy are very professional and a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t have asked for more.

George went above and beyond our expectations! Instead of buying expensive tests we didn’t need for mold inspection, he called to explain our options and educate us on the situation. When we realized we did not need the tests, George was still willing to come to our house to make sure we did not have a problem and explain to our tenants. And he didn’t even charge us. George is the type of honest, knowledgeable and good hearted people you want coming into your house. I would recommend to everyone.
