I wanted a simple cake for our post-elopement dinner and Ko Bakery really knocked it out of the park. I knew I was taking a gamble by ordering a wedding cake without being able to try it beforehand, but this ended up being probably the best cake I've ever had in my life. The coconut buttercream was so good that I could've eaten it by the spoonful - all our guests loved it as well, even the person who doesn't particularly like coconut.
