Terrible Company—we called them for our dishwasher since it was listed on manufacturer’s website as recommended technicians. The man arrived with ZERO interpersonal skills, lacked basic mannerisms. He charged us for diagnosing the problem WITHOUT touching the apparent defective part out to test with multimeter. Stay away from them. No professionalism at all. He came to fix our laundry washer 3-4 times. Instead of fixing it properly, he lectured us not to use too much or too less load as if we are not aware of it. He fixed the wire problem by using a tape. We used a different service 4th time. Still, the issue with drain continued. We called whirlpool and they set another appointment with KoAM again. KoAM called us and said since we used different company last time, they recommend us to use the same company and cancelled our appoint... read more

Asian sounding woman from this company YELLED at me because my insurance company assigned my repair to them. She told me it was my responsibility to contact my insurance co. and get another repairer. When my insurance co. For a second time (!) AGAIN assigned me to this this co. They cancelled WITHOUT telling me. This person should not be in the position of dealing with clients. My insurance co. told me that is NOT how the assigning process works and that KOAM is WRONG. DO not Deal With This Company.

Mike and his team did a flawless job replacing the carpet with match LVP in all of my bedrooms and hallway throughout my new construction home. The builder wanted an arm and a leg to upgrade these areas to LVP. Mike was able to find the same product and get the job done at a fraction of the price. Thanks Mike!
