D- As a small company, they paid little attention to us, after promising they would. They are a big audit company, and they like to spend a large part of their time doing audits, which they obviously make more money on, and small businesses take second or even thrid place. We were NOT very happy with them.
Not Helpful We only used this accountant one year. Although we met with the owner and the accountant assigned to us prior to hiring them, our accountant never had time for us and was not available when needed because he was out of the office doing audits most of the time.
Accountants that add up! What an unbelievable accounting firm. They really work hard for there clients. If I have to leave a message it always gets returned right away. The staff there is always friendly, helpful and wiling to go the extra mile!
