Delayed service, keep changing the product availability and delivery timing after paying full amount. It was informed that certain instruments will be available in a week, and now after 1 week they say it takes 1 more week to get, for an order placed long before.
I wish I could give more than five stars. I just arrived in Canada from India, and everything here felt complicated. I was in a rush to get the full kit, and the customer service representative was absolutely amazing. He helped me through both email and phone, explained everything clearly and smoothly, and showed great patience. I would like to thank the Knurling Dental team for their help and for making things easier for future doctors.
Unfortunately, I can’t give zero stars for the terrible online purchasing system at Kurling Dental. If you can’t provide a proper service, why bother selling at all? After receiving today’s notification, I tried three times to add a tooth to my cart, but it kept disappearing before I could even select the number.
