I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I took time off work to wait for them, providing my address when I first called. They claimed to have called me multiple times, but my phone records show otherwise. When I reached out to clarify, instead of offering a solution or acknowledging a potential misunderstanding, they became rude and defensive. I understand mistakes happen, but their attitude and lack of accountability were unacceptable. I will not be giving them any future business.
Installed unit 20 years ago and have had very few problems but when I do they have always responded promptly and have repaired it quickly. Very satisfied.
