We were on a long road trip from out of country. We noticed that we had a broken spring on our RV. Kirby was so helpful and suggested we bring it to the shop. He immediately took measurements of the spring. He had a new spring delivered to the shop the next morning. By 9:30 am the RV was ready for us to go. In addition he and Ivan made arrangements for us to stay in the local fairgrounds campground which was a lovely place to camp.
