I was greeted upon arrival. My vehicle was well care for and I was kept informed and offer/provided additional required services. They took care of offering a reasonable solution to hard water stains cause by a sprinkle system.
It was a 8:00 am LOF, It took 1.5 hours and I had a coffee and a donut. The showroom is a morgue/empty.
Everyone is friendly and helpful. Work was completed within the estimated time. I called to ask further questions and was treated with respect.
I had such an amazing experience! Everyone was so nice and they all went above and beyond to help me. The representative (I think his name was Adrian or something similar to that I am sorry I forgot) was so helpful! He called me with updates and answered all of my silly questions as someone who has not gotten work done on her car before (shows how good Chevy is!)
