I have requested a gutter quote twice and have gotten no where even though I have spoken to employees. Say they will come but no one came. . Have bought from them twice before. Old owner passed away. Not sure what is up. Poor service.

I called for a quote to have gutters cleaned out. The person I spoke with said they charge $77.50 per hour. I received the bill today and its twice the amount I was expecting to pay. Upon calling for an explanation of the bill, I was told now that it's $77.50 per man hour (2 men were here) including travel time from their location. They forgot to mention anything about travel time and $77.50 per man, per hour.
