I was a pg teen in 1994 and Dr Knudsen was amazing. He was professional and made me feel welcome. He made me laugh several times throughout my pg. I'd recommend him any day.
great, he & his nurse were kind & helpful . Discussed what could be done to fix my problems & explained how it could be done.
The staff members in the front are extremely rude .especially the receptionist at the check in...she is not fit for that kind of job...poor poor customer service....
Receptionists was very rude! When I told her I was going to pay cash instead of use my insurance I was talked to with extreme sarcasm as if I couldn't afford their services. Then told me I could take my business elsewhere. So I will & I really hope Dr Knudsen appreciates his staff cause he just lost a 1,300.00 visit & 3 potential long term patients.
I was there 45 minutes early for my appointment and waited an hour after my appointment time before being seen. The front office staff were the rudest I have ever seen in a doctors office. They lost my business. Caring staff I would say NO!!
He was an amazing doctor and did a wonderful job delivering my baby boy! He even came to see me two days after I had given birth to my baby.
This office is only concerned with money. Dr. Knudsen has been completely unprofessional since my first visit. From yelling at me in a crowded waiting room because the front desk sent ME to ask him how much more time before I would be in for my sono (1.5 hours past my appointment), to the ZERO communication--the office doesn't communicate at all and the receptionist thinks she is the doc, to the PA getting upset about my new insurance because it wouldn't pay as much. Stressful Find someone else.
