I’ve been to several jiu-jitsu gyms in the west GA area, but knuckleup offers more classes than ANY of the other gyms that I’ve visited by a wide margin. They have a great facility, great people, and plenty of options, including classes for kids too. Don’t settle on a gym until you’ve visited knuckleup.

I'm really glad I decided to try this gym even though it was outside my comfort zone. I usually find places like this a bit intimidating, but the atmosphere here felt welcoming. There are staff at the entrance who are ready to help you if you need it, and the layout makes everything feel less daunting. I also loved the kettlebell club I joined—it was amazing! Recently decided to take the step and get back into the gym to focus on getting back in shape along with getting my health back on track. Took advantage of a promotion they had available for members and joined my daughter for a 6am strength and conditioning class. I absolutely had the time of my life!!! I got a great workout in with a great group of people. You’re in a for a great workout with great people and beginner-friendly instructors.As a 6ft, 285 lb Barber, I achieved some of my personal fitness goals thanks to the guys and gals here. If you’re looking for a great place to spend your nights, and mornings, it’s as addictive as a cup of coffee but with better benefits. If this finds you, ask for Austin, and tell em Darius sent you. Knuckle-ups one of if not the best gym in the Douglasville region and surrounding areas. Each time I go, I leave with more skill and confidence that translates to the real world in a positive way. If you haven’t definitely check out this gym.
