Jeff dropped everything to help me on a Friday afternoon. I was referred to him from another mechanic who highly recommended him. I’m so glad she did! Jeff is knowledgeable, fair and clearly explains things, making the best recommendations. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend Jeff and his team to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!
I wanna give them negative stars honestly. Most disgusting scammers i’ve ever met. i took my car in to get simple fixes. shouldn't have been a problem. picked it up and left. they didn’t even tell me my transmission line was leaking, but! fixed it without my permission. not to mention my transmission line was never a problem. and I have no leak evidence anywhere. still charged me for it. payed them, drive for 7 minutes… my car overheated/ blew and had to pull over on the highway. towed it back to their shop. then they claim ... read more
Id give them negative stars if I could, very very rude. Did work without approval and expected to be paid after the fact. The best part is after messing with parts they should have been, they broke the thermostat housing and blamed it on the girl driving the car. The motor blew 7 minutes after leaving the shop. When confronted he proceeded to swear and insult me. For anyone who doesn’t believe me we have a video! TLDR: don’t go here they are scamming scumbags!
JEFF AND STAFF ARE SO KIND AND CARING GREAT WORK IS PUT INTO EACH AND EVERY JOB THEY DO... SO GRATEFUL WHEN I CALL TO HAVE SOMEONE SO KIND AND KNOWLEDGEABLE I WOULD CALL THERE AT ANY TIME AND GET SAME CARING RESPONCES. TY
Knuckle Busters has been taking care of our cars forever. They service my kids cars now, too. I would never send my kids somewhere that wasn’t exceptional service.
