They replaced my starter and took off my coolant reservoir and forgot to put it back on. 4 months went by and it started to over heat. Took it to the nearest shop before the car stopped on me. Found out the coolant reservoir was missing. I called knuckle busters to see if they had it and sure enough they did and now they do not want to reimburse me for getting it fixed at the other shop.

1st car I took in turn out good. I later took in a bmw and was told I had broken motor mount bolts. They order the bolt and said it was fed ex. Seven business day later I called and was told the bolts got deliver to the wrong address . Needless to say communication was poor on their side. I had to rent a car so I could get around. I just wish they could of follow up with me over the misshap instead of me doing all the follow up...I will wait and see when I get my car back... May not go back due to the lack of communication.

Knuckle Busters is the only shop I trust to take my car to. Prices are fair, turn around time has always been really quick in y experiences, and most importantly the work is done correctly the first time. Knuckle Busters is the only shop I've used where I haven't had to turn around and take my car right back for the exact reason I'd even there in the first place. Zach makes sure I understand exactly what work will be done so there are no surprises. I won't use anybody else.

I've been going to Knucklebusters since they opened and they are the ONLY shop in town to successfully diagnose and fix my 2001 VW Jetta. A few of the other shops in town had tried to fix the issues but were unsuccessful even though they tout themselves as Euro specialty shops. I take all three of my vehicles to Knucklebusters and I am always pleased with the quality of work and exceptional service. Prices are reasonable and turn around time has always been reasonable for me as well.

They are cheap on prices but the work is very poor quality Id say your better off going some where good the first time versus trying to save money then having to fix what they say they fixed all over again!!!!!!!!!!
