Awesome place to come and drink German style beer. Happy hour 3-5 50% off draft beers. They have a very good selection of beers. When in season they have Oktoberfest. The debigulator 7.5% is a must try. The bar tender was on point and fast. It’s a must try for yourself.

We used to come here mainly for the food. The incredible beer was secondary—the food was that good. The new stuff coming out of the kitchen is regular, hackneyed, and ultimately lacks any flavor. The beet salad strangely falls flat despite an interesting ingredients list; the largest flavor is the raw scallions and bitterness from the seeds left in the orange. The burger is just flat out bad. This place got us through Covid. We would come weekly to try and support this business. But once they changed the charcuterie and pretzel plate, and not allowing small beer samples, and changed hours of operation, we stopped coming. I want a cheese and meat charcuterie with a pretzel not a regular boring loaf of bread I can get at HEB or only meat or only cheese board. They stopped serving the smoked salmon as well… But we really miss this place.
