We are Vera and Brent Deckard, Künstler Brewing's owners and brewers. German for "artist," Künstler takes one part Bavarian Tradition, one part Texas Pride, and brews it all down in the multicultural barrel that is San Antonio. Loved the spicy Braut with the cheese inside. Paired great with the Puro Southtown Mexican Style Lager. Even my last bite was still hot. Fresh food, signature beer, and inviting ambiance!
Came here because of the great reviews but the service was disappointing. The brewery wasn’t busy and it took me over 10min to get a beer at the bar. When ordering food I was told to get a table and wait for service but 20 minutes passed and no one came over while people that just got there were getting service immediately. I understand that in rush hours service can take a long time but it wasn’t busy at all.
Went for the 1st time w my mom & brother, we split The Big Haus, it was amazing!!! Everything was so flavorful and seasoned to perfection. I highly recommend!!
Great place to watch TV events or read outdoors in the gated garden. Love the access to downtown and the friendly staff. You see familiar faces after a few visits which feels very welcoming.
