I called KNR to find out if they provide in-home ABA services in my area. I spoke to Nadeen. She explained they didn’t currently have a provider that works where I am located but was so kind and courteous. Her customer service was top notch, and she went out of her way to help me. Thank you Nadeen!
We had KNR but in the Tavares/Orlando area. It’s run by the same people. I feel as a parent I must warn people to run. They don’t care about their clients, they just want to bill. They will lie and string you along. The turnover at this place is proof. Dumpster fire.
More interested in money from insurances than your children. 🫣
My son has been on the waiting list for over a year however we have not met anyone (in person) from the office or had an evaluation to determine services. They have all of my son's medical information and, have never met him yet have determined they do not have anybody qualified and experienced to help him. They did say that Tampa is saturated with autism cases and that they cannot get their providers approved with insurance as a result. BIG RED FLAG here.
